Terms of Service

IPTVbp ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that provides billing automation, subscription management, and business administration tools. The Platform is designed to help businesses manage their customer subscriptions, process payments, and automate operational workflows.

The Platform is a neutral technology tool. We do not control, endorse, or take responsibility for the products, services, or content that vendors choose to sell or distribute through the Platform.

By using the Platform, you agree to:

• Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations
• Ensure you have all necessary licenses, permits, and rights for the products or services you sell
• Not use the Platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose
• Not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party
• Not distribute, sell, or facilitate access to pirated, stolen, or unlicensed content
• Provide accurate and truthful information in your account and listings
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

Vendors who use the Platform to manage their businesses are solely and entirely responsible for:

• The legality of their products, services, and business operations
• Obtaining and maintaining all required licenses and authorizations
• Compliance with consumer protection laws in their jurisdiction
• Accurate representation of their products and services to end customers
• Handling customer disputes, refunds, and chargebacks
• Tax obligations and reporting in their jurisdiction
• Data protection and privacy compliance (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) for their customers
• Any and all content they create, upload, or distribute via the Platform

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• We are not liable for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim
• We are not responsible for any third-party services, integrations, or payment processors

The Platform, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is the intellectual property of IPTVbp. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform without our written consent.

Vendors retain ownership of their own content, branding, and customer data. By using the Platform, vendors grant us a limited license to process and display their content as necessary to provide the service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that:

• Violates these Terms of Service or our Acceptable Use Policy
• Is used for illegal or fraudulent activities
• Distributes pirated, stolen, or unlicensed content
• Generates excessive chargebacks or disputes
• Poses a risk to the Platform, its infrastructure, or other users

Account termination may occur without prior notice in cases of severe violations. We are not obligated to provide a refund upon termination for cause.

We collect and process data as necessary to provide the Platform services. This includes account information, usage data, and transaction records. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Vendors are responsible for their own privacy policies and compliance with data protection regulations (such as GDPR) with respect to their end customers. The Platform provides tools to assist with data management, but compliance remains the vendor's responsibility.

Platform subscription fees are billed according to the selected plan. Payments are processed through third-party payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, etc.) and are subject to their respective terms of service.

Vendors are responsible for all applicable taxes on their Platform subscription and on revenue generated through the Platform.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through binding arbitration.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
