What is an IPTV billing platform?
An IPTV billing platform is the software layer between your IPTV panel and your customers — it runs your storefront, accepts payment, automatically creates the line on your panel (NXT, XUI, Xtream UI and 15 more), emails the M3U/MAC details, and handles renewals, refunds, and dunning. Without one, every signup is a manual support ticket; with one, every signup is an active subscription within seconds.
Which panels and media servers do you support?

Is IPTVbp a WHMCS alternative for IPTV?
Yes. WHMCS is general billing software for web hosts: you license it, install it on your own server, and connect your IPTV panel through a third-party module. IPTVbp is hosted and built only for IPTV — the panel connections, the storefront, the customer portal and the payment gateways are all part of one plan, with nothing to install or update.
Can I use IPTVbp instead of Blesta?
Yes. Blesta is self-hosted billing software for web hosts, and it has no built-in IPTV panel integration — you would add or build a module for your panel. IPTVbp is hosted and connects to your IPTV panel out of the box, with the store and customer portal included.
Is IPTVbp a WHMCS Smarters alternative?
Yes. IPTVbp replaces the WHMCS + WHMCS Smarters stack with a single hosted platform — no separate WHMCS licence, no module per panel type, no hosting bill of your own. White-label storefronts, multi-panel support and cart abandonment recovery are part of the platform; Discord and Telegram billing bots are available as add-on modules.
Do I need to install or host anything?
No. IPTVbp is hosted for you: sign up, connect your panel, and your store is online — on a free subdomain or on your own domain. There is no licence key, no PHP server and no module to keep updated.
Can I migrate from WHMCS or another platform?
Yes — and we do the move for you, free of charge. Your clients, their subscriptions, stream logins and renewal dates come over. The import never touches your panel lines, so nobody's stream is interrupted. From WHMCS, products and prices, customer details, credit balances, old invoices (as read-only history your customers can see) and support tickets come over too. If you would rather do it yourself, the WHMCS importer is free for every store (with the Export Script or an SQL backup your customers keep their WHMCS password), the CSV importer is free for every store too, and on XUI and NXT panels you can pull your existing lines straight from the panel.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Every store gets a free subdomain to start on, and you can connect your own domain — one is included with every store. Your customers see your name, your logo and your address.
What payment methods can my customers use?
19 payment gateways are built in. Cards and wallets via Stripe, PayPal, Revolut, SumUp and Square; crypto via NOWPayments, Plisio, Litepay, BTCPay Server, PayRam and BoxCoin; and transfers you confirm yourself via Wise and Interac e-Transfer. You switch on the ones you want, and your customers pick at checkout. Discount codes, bulk discounts, and multi-room pricing all work out of the box.
Do my customers see "IPTVbp" anywhere?
Only if you want them to. Use your own domain, your colors, your logo. The customer-facing storefront, checkout, M3U emails, and renewal reminders all carry your branding — IPTVbp is invisible.
How does provisioning work, and how fast is it?
When a customer pays, IPTVbp calls your panel, creates the line with the right package, line type and number of connections, and emails the customer their M3U or MAC details — usually within seconds of the payment. It retries by itself, so a panel hiccup doesn't lose the order.
What about renewals and customers who do not pay?
Automatic. IPTVbp emails the customer reminders before their subscription ends, they renew from their own customer portal, and the line is extended on your panel the moment they pay. If they do not renew, a grace period runs and an IPTV line simply runs out on its end date — paying later brings it back. Media-server and VPN accounts, which never expire by themselves, are suspended after the grace period.
Can I run multiroom (multi-connection) packages?
Yes. Each product can have a multiroom map: connection count → panel package ID + per-connection price. Customers choose how many connections at checkout; the line is created with the matching panel package and pricing.
Do you support crypto payments?
Yes — NOWPayments, Plisio, Litepay, BTCPay Server, PayRam and BoxCoin. Each gateway is switched on per store, so you can run crypto-only, fiat-only, or both.
What happens if I cancel?
You take your data and walk away. No lock-in, no hostage-taking. You can export your customer list yourself at any time, we'll hand you a full export on request, and we keep customer data exactly as long as you keep your account.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, no card required. Connect a panel, set up your products, open your storefront and take real payments. The free trial has no end date. When your store reaches 25 paying customers, it stops taking new sign-ups until you upgrade to a paid plan. Your existing customers keep renewing either way.
