1

Register your vendor account

Go to iptvbp.com and click Get Started or Register. Create your vendor account by providing your email, password, and business name. Verify your email address and log in to your new vendor portal. You will start on the Trial plan which gives you access to all features to explore the platform.

Your vendor portal is your central dashboard for managing your entire IPTV business — from panels and products to orders and customers.

2

Create your store

In the vendor portal, go to Store Settings from the sidebar. Set up your store by entering:

- Store name — your brand name displayed to customers - Description — a brief description of your service - Logo — upload your brand logo - Theme and colors — customize the look and feel

Your store will be immediately available at a platform URL like iptvbp.com/store/your-store-slug. You can add a custom domain later.

See the 'Setting Up a Custom Domain' guide for instructions on using your own domain name.

3

Add your first panel or media server

Go to Panels in the sidebar and click Add Panel. Select your panel type (NXT, Xtream UI, XUI, Zenax, or OneStream) and enter your panel credentials. Click Test Connection to verify everything works, then Sync Packages to import your available packages.

If you offer media server access (Plex, Jellyfin, Emby), add those under Media Servers instead.

See the individual panel setup guides for detailed instructions specific to your panel type. Make sure to whitelist the dedicated IPTVbp panel API IP shown in your vendor portal.

4

Create your products

Go to Products and click Add Product. For each subscription you want to sell, create a product with:

- Name — e.g., '1 Month Premium', '3 Month Standard' - Price — in EUR - Duration — subscription length - Panel package — link it to a package from your panel - Description — what is included

Create multiple products for different subscription tiers and durations.

Start with 2-3 products (e.g., 1 month, 3 months, 12 months) to give customers options. You can add more later.

5

Set up a payment gateway

Go to Settings > Payment Gateways and configure at least one payment method. Stripe is recommended for card payments and is the easiest to set up. For cryptocurrency payments, choose from BTCPay, Plisio, NOWPayments, or Boxcoin.

See the individual payment gateway setup guides for step-by-step instructions.

Offering both card payments (Stripe/PayPal) and crypto gives customers more options and can increase conversions.

6

Customize your store

Before launching, review your store front-end:

- Visit your store URL to see it from a customer's perspective - Adjust colors, logo, and branding in Store Settings - Add a knowledge base article for common questions - Configure email templates for order confirmations

Make sure the purchasing flow works smoothly from browsing products to checkout.

Ask a friend to go through the purchase process and give feedback on the experience.

7

Get your first customer

Your store is now ready! Share your store URL with potential customers. Consider:

- Sharing on social media or forums - Creating a discount code for early customers (under Settings > Discount Codes) - Setting up your custom domain for a professional look

Monitor orders in the Orders section of your vendor portal. IPTVbp will automatically provision lines on your panel when customers complete their purchase.

Place a test order yourself first to make sure the entire flow works — from checkout to line provisioning and credential delivery.
