Partner questions, answered
How does the 30% pool work?
Under the standard partner arrangement, your income percentage and your vendors’ discount percentage add up to 30%. Choose 30% income and no discount, 15% each, or give vendors the full 30% discount. Both percentages are based on the eligible base subscription price.
How do I invite vendors?
Once our team enables your partner account, you can copy a reusable invite link from your vendor dashboard. Vendors who register through it join your network. You can also send individual invitations from the dashboard.
Can I change my split?
Tell our team how you want to divide the pool. We configure the agreed split on your partner account. The calculator on this page is an illustration; it does not change your account terms. The configured split applies across your invited vendor network.
What earns partner income?
Base subscription payments that vendors in your network make with a card or another payment method generate income at your agreed rate. Module payments do not, and neither do renewals paid from platform credit. Actual earnings depend on eligible payments, account terms and any refund or chargeback adjustments.
How do payouts work?
Your Partner Earnings dashboard shows clearing, available, requested and paid balances. Once earnings have cleared, you can request a withdrawal using your configured payout details. Your clearing period is agreed when your account is enabled.
How do I become a partner?
Contact our team to discuss your network and preferred split. Partner access is enabled manually for approved vendor accounts. Signing up for a standard vendor account does not automatically activate partner access.
