1

Access your Zenax panel

Open your browser and go to your Zenax panel URL. Log in with your credentials.

If you are the panel admin: Log in with your admin account. If you are a reseller: Log in with your reseller account, or ask your panel admin for API credentials.

Zenax is a newer panel with a modern API. It supports both username/password and API key authentication.

2

Get your API credentials

You will need your username and password to connect. Optionally, you can also use an API Key for more secure authentication.

If you are the panel admin: Go to Settings > API Settings to find your credentials. You can generate an API key here if available. If you are a reseller: Ask your panel admin to provide you with API credentials or generate an API key for your account. You will also need the panel's base URL.

Using an API key instead of username/password is more secure and allows you to revoke access without changing your login credentials.

3

Add the panel in IPTVbp

In your IPTVbp vendor portal, navigate to Panels and click Add Panel. Select Zenax as the panel type and fill in the fields below.
FieldDescriptionRequired
Base URLThe base URL of your Zenax panel.
Yes
UsernameYour Zenax username (admin or reseller account with API access).
Yes
PasswordYour Zenax password.
Yes
API KeyOptional API key for enhanced authentication. If provided, this will be used instead of username/password for API calls. No
4

Whitelist the IPTVbp Panel API IP

If your Zenax panel has IP-based access restrictions, you need to whitelist the dedicated IPTVbp panel API IP. You can find this IP in your IPTVbp vendor portal under Panels > Add Panel — it is displayed in the Cloudflare / CAPTCHA Protection section.

If you are the panel admin: Go to Settings > Security or Firewall and add the IP. If you are a reseller: Send the IPTVbp panel API IP to your panel admin and ask them to whitelist it.

Check with your Zenax panel documentation whether IP whitelisting is enabled by default. If API calls fail after setup, this is the most common cause.

5

Configure packages

After saving the panel configuration, click Sync Packages to import available subscription packages from your Zenax panel. Map these packages to your IPTVbp store products so that when a customer purchases a product, the correct Zenax package is provisioned automatically.

Keep your package names consistent between Zenax and IPTVbp so it is easy to identify which package maps to which product.

6

Test the connection

Use the Test Connection button to verify IPTVbp can reach your Zenax panel. A successful connection test confirms your credentials and network settings are correct. Follow up by placing a test order to verify end-to-end provisioning.

If the test connection works but line creation fails, check that the specific packages you mapped are still active in your Zenax panel.
