How to delete a customer (or several test customers at once)
Permanently delete a customer and everything on it, with the option to delete their lines on your panel too. One customer or up to 100 at a time.
You can permanently delete a customer you no longer need, for example the test customers you made while setting up your store. Deleting removes the customer and everything on it: subscriptions, invoices (paid ones too), support tickets, wallet balance and history. It can't be undone.
Only the store's admin can delete customers. Staff members don't see the button.
1Step 1 of 4Open the customer
Go to Customers → All customers and open the customer. At the bottom of their page is the Danger zone.
2Step 2 of 4Click Delete customer
Click Delete customer. The window lists everything that will be removed: active and other subscriptions, paid and unpaid invoices, panel lines, support tickets and the wallet balance. It also says whether their login is deleted. A login that is also used for something else (for example your own account) is kept, and only the customer is removed from your store.
3Step 3 of 4Choose what happens on your panel
Also delete their lines on the panel / media server is off by default, so the customer's lines stay on your panel and keep working until they run out. Tick it to remove them from your panel or media server too. Some panels can only disable a line, so there it is disabled instead.
4Step 4 of 4Confirm
Type DELETE in the box. If the customer still has an active subscription with time left, or a payment in progress, the window warns you. Tick Delete anyway to go on. Then click Delete customer. You go back to your customer list.
Delete several customers at once
On Customers → All customers, tick the customers you want to remove, or use Select All for the whole page. Click Delete selected. The same window shows the totals for your selection. Type DELETE and click Delete customers. You can delete up to 100 customers at a time.
