Setting Up Your First Shop

Your IPTVbp shop is the public-facing storefront where customers browse products, add items to their cart, and complete checkout. This guide covers every setting you need to configure before sharing the link.

Store Settings Overview

Navigate to Settings > Store in the vendor dashboard. The page is divided into several sections described below.

Branding

Setting Description Recommendation
Store Name Displayed in the header and browser tab Keep it short -- 2-3 words
Tagline Shown below the name on the shop page Describe your service in one line
Logo Appears in the navigation bar SVG or transparent PNG, 200x60 px
Favicon Browser tab icon 32x32 PNG
Primary Colour Buttons, links, and highlights Match your brand
Background Style Light, dark, or gradient Dark themes convert well for IPTV

Custom Domain

Using your own domain (e.g. shop.myiptv.com) builds trust and improves SEO.

  1. In Settings > Store > Custom Domain, enter your domain.
  2. Add a CNAME record in your DNS provider pointing to stores.iptvbp.com.
  3. Wait for DNS propagation (usually 5-30 minutes).
  4. Click Verify Domain. IPTVbp will automatically provision an SSL certificate.
  5. Your store is now accessible at https://shop.myiptv.com.

If you do not use a custom domain your store is available at https://iptvbp.com/store/your-shop-id.

Creating Products

Go to Products > Create New and fill in:

Basic Information

  • Product Name -- descriptive and clear, e.g. "Premium IPTV -- 1 Month".
  • Description -- list channels, VOD count, features. Supports Markdown.
  • Image -- optional product thumbnail (800x600 recommended).

Pricing

  • Price -- in your store currency (EUR by default).
  • Billing Cycle -- Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annual, Annual, or One-Time.
  • Setup Fee -- optional one-time charge on the first invoice only.

Panel Configuration

  • Panel -- select the connected panel.
  • Package -- choose the panel package/bouquet to assign.
  • Connections -- number of simultaneous streams (1-4 typical).

Trial Settings

Trials can significantly increase conversions:

  • Enable Trial -- toggle on.
  • Trial Duration -- 24 hours, 3 days, or 7 days.
  • Trial Price -- free or a small fee (EUR 1-2) to reduce abuse.
  • After Trial -- auto-convert to paid, require manual upgrade, or cancel.

Organising Products

  • Featured -- mark one product as featured; it will be highlighted on the shop page.
  • Order -- drag products to set display order.
  • Status -- Active (visible), Hidden (direct link only), or Disabled (cannot purchase).

Store Pages

IPTVbp generates these pages automatically:

Page URL Path Purpose
Shop /shop Product listing
Product Detail /shop/product/{slug} Single product with description
Cart /cart Review items before checkout
Checkout /checkout Payment form
Order Confirmation /order/success Post-payment thank-you

All pages inherit your brand colours and logo.

SEO Settings

Under Settings > Store > SEO:

  • Meta Title -- appears in search results (max 60 characters).
  • Meta Description -- shown below the title in search results (max 160 characters).
  • OG Image -- social media preview image (1200x630).

Testing Your Store

Before going live:

  1. Set your payment gateway to test/sandbox mode.
  2. Visit your store URL.
  3. Add a product to cart.
  4. Complete checkout using a test card (Stripe: 4242 4242 4242 4242).
  5. Verify the subscription appears in your dashboard.
  6. Check the customer received a credentials email.
  7. Test the credentials on your panel.

Once everything works, switch the payment gateway to live mode and share your store link.

Tips for Higher Conversions

  • Use a dark theme -- it feels premium and matches how customers watch IPTV.
  • Show a "Most Popular" badge on your best-value plan.
  • Offer a short paid trial (EUR 1 for 24 hours) to lower the barrier.
  • Display trust signals: number of active customers, uptime percentage, or a satisfaction guarantee.
  • Enable multiple payment methods -- some customers strongly prefer PayPal or crypto over cards.
