How to create and edit products from your panel's packages

A product is what your customers buy. The quickest way to make one is Quick setup from panel: it reads the packages on your panel, and you only tick the lengths you want to sell and type your prices. The lengths become one product card with a length picker, so customers see one plan instead of a list of near-identical products.

1Step 1 of 6Open Quick setup

Go to Products → All products and click Add Product. The Quick setup from panel page opens.

2Step 2 of 6Choose your panel and fetch its packages

Under Choose panel & shop, pick your panel. Click Fetch packages. The page reads the panel's current packages.

If you picked a Plex, Emby or Jellyfin server, there are no packages to fetch. You set your plans (length, price and stream limit) on the same page instead.

3Step 3 of 6Name the product and set your prices

Under Your combined product, type a Product name. This is the name customers see on the card.

Each length from your panel has its own row. Tick the lengths you want to sell and type your price for each one. Where the panel offers more connections or an adult option, those rows appear under the length, and you can price them too. The credits hint on each row shows what the panel charges you per sale.

4Step 4 of 6Add a free trial (optional)

If your panel has trial packages, they are listed under Free trials. Tick a trial to sell it, give it a name and a price (leave it at 0 for a free trial). You can also make the trial point customers to the product you are creating, so they see it as their upgrade.

5Step 5 of 6Create the product

Click Create product. You are taken back to your products, and the new product is on sale in your store straight away.

6Step 6 of 6Choose how it shows on your store

On the product card, open the menu (⋮) and click Edit details. Under Storefront visibility & highlight you can:

• tick Hidden from store (unlisted) to keep it off your store, while you can still assign it to customers yourself;
• tick Only for signed-in customers so only customers signed in to your store can see and buy it;
• tick Most Popular / Recommended or Best Value to add a badge to the card.

To stop offering the trial without deleting it, untick Offer a free trial for this product. Click Update Product to save.

To change the lengths, prices or trials later, use Edit in quick setup from the same menu.

Products without a panel

If you deliver the login by hand, open More ways to add and click Add manually. Under Product Category, choose IPTV — I deliver by hand (no panel). Paid orders then wait under Subscriptions → Deliver orders for you to add the login.

Stop selling a product

Open the product's menu and click Archive Product. It leaves your store, and you find it under the Archived view on the products page. Click Restore Product there to put it back on sale.
