How to track your panel credits, costs and profit

If you sell from a reseller account on an IPTV panel, every line you create or renew costs you credits. Credit Tracking books those credits for you automatically. You always know your balance, what each sale cost you and which products earn the most.

It tracks the reseller account your store is connected with, and only counts lines made by your store. If you share a panel with other resellers, connect your own reseller login: your lines then come from your own credits, and your numbers stay separate from everyone else's.

1Step 1 of 4Connect your panel

Your panel must be connected first, under Panels → IPTV panels. Use your own reseller login. Until a panel is connected, Credit Tracking has nothing to show.

2Step 2 of 4Enter the credits you already have

Go to Modules → Credit Tracking. On your panel, click View Full Analytics & Log Purchase, then Log Purchase. Enter your current number of credits and what you paid for them, and tick This is my existing credit balance (not a new purchase).

3Step 3 of 4Log every top-up

Each time you buy credits, click Log Purchase again and enter the amount and the price you paid. That's how Credit Tracking knows your real cost per credit. Used credits are booked against your oldest purchase first.

4Step 4 of 4Let it count

From then on, every line your store creates, renews or upgrades is counted automatically, including lines you renew yourself from your portal with Extend Subscription. Free trials count as 0.

What you see

• Credit Tracking Overview: Total Credits, Total Invested, Total Used (what the used credits cost you) and Remaining Value (what your unused credits are worth), across all your panels.
• Per panel: credits purchased and used, money spent, your average cost per credit, and this month's usage.
• Product profitability (top 5): which products give you the most profit per credit.
• Recent credit transactions: the latest lines and which customer each one was for.
• Tracked vs panel balance: your tracked balance next to the balance the panel reports, so you notice if something's off.
• Credit warnings: an alert before your credits run out.

Lines made outside your store

A line you create or renew directly on the panel can't be seen by your store. Either do it from your portal so it's counted, or click Adjust Credits and deduct those credits by hand.

Let a team member see your credits

Your staff don't see Credit Tracking unless you allow it, one person at a time.

1. Go to Settings → Team & security → Staff.
2. For someone new, click Invite Staff. For someone already on your team, open the actions menu on their row and click Edit Permissions.
3. Tick Can see Credit Tracking (read-only).
4. Click Invite Staff Member (new person) or Save changes.

They now find Modules → Credit Tracking in their menu. They can see your balances, purchases, usage and costs (the button on each panel reads View Full Analytics for them), but they can't log purchases, adjust or sync credits, or change prices or credit warnings. Only you and your admins can do that. Untick the box at any time to take the access away.

Choose what your staff see on each panel

Maybe the panel login is your own and you also use it for another business, or you run this store for someone else. Then you may not want your team to see the panel's whole balance. You can choose this per panel:

1. Go to Panels → IPTV panels, open the panel and click the Credits tab.
2. Under What staff see, pick one:
   • Live panel balance: your staff see the panel's real balance, like you do. This is the default.
   • Only this store's credits: your staff only see the credits you give this store and what this store's lines used.
3. Click Save.

With Only this store's credits, your staff see a Credits for this store card: Credits given, Used and Left, plus this store's recent usage. If Left drops to one of your Credit warnings levels, the card warns them. They never see the panel's real balance, the sync, your prices or what your credits cost you.

To give this store credits, use Log Purchase (tick This is my existing credit balance (not a new purchase) for credits it already has) or Adjust Credits. You and your admins still see everything.
