How to share one panel login between your stores and give each store credits
Connect your IPTV panel once in your main store, use it in your other stores, and give each store its own credits. Orders wait when a store runs out.
Do you run several stores from one login, but have only one reseller login on your IPTV panel? Then you can connect the panel once, in your main store, and use it in your other stores too. Each store gets its own credits from you, and a store can't spend more than you gave it.
1Step 1 of 5Connect the panel in your main store
Open your main store and connect your panel as usual under Panels → IPTV panels. Use your reseller login. This is the only place where the panel's address and login are kept.
2Step 2 of 5Use it in your other store
Switch to your other store. Go to Panels → IPTV panels. Under Add New Panel you see Use a panel from another of your stores, with the panels of your other stores. Click Use this panel next to the one you want.
The panel now shows in this store with Shared from and the name of your main store. Connect this store's products to it as usual. Its address and login can't be changed here: when you change them in your main store, this store follows automatically.
3Step 3 of 5Give the store credits
A store on a shared panel only delivers paid orders while it has credits. Switch back to your main store, open the panel (Panels → IPTV panels, then Manage) and click the Credits tab.
Under Stores using this panel you see each store with Credits given, Used and Left. Click Give credits, enter how many and confirm. To move credits back to your main store, click Take back. You can only take back what the store hasn't used yet.
Every line the store creates, renews or upgrades is booked against its own credits, priced like Credit Tracking prices it. Free trials don't use credits.
4Step 4 of 5Your staff see only their store's credits
The staff of a store on a shared panel never see the panel's real balance. With access to Credit Tracking, they see a Credits for this store card: the credits you gave this store, what it used and what is left. They can't give or take back credits. Only you can, from your main store.
5Step 5 of 5When a store runs out
If a store doesn't have enough credits for a paid order, we don't send it to the panel. The order waits, and the customer sees it as queued. Both stores get a Panel issues notification that the store is out of credits and how many orders are waiting.
As soon as you give the store enough credits, the waiting orders continue by themselves, oldest first, within about 10 minutes. A waiting renewal never cuts a customer's line off before its current end date, but give the store credits before then so the renewal lands in time.
Check all your stores at once
On the All stores page, each store that uses a shared panel shows Panel credits: how many credits it has left. A store with few credits shows Low credits, a store with none shows Out of credits, and it is listed under what needs your attention.
Good to know
- Set a credit price for each package on the panel in your main store, so every line is booked with the right number of credits. Your other stores take these prices over.
- A panel that your other stores use can't be deleted until you remove it in those stores. A store can remove a shared panel only while no lines run on it. Its unused credits then go back to your main store.
- If the two stores stop belonging to the same login, or Multi-store stops, paid orders on the shared panel wait until you fix it.
