How to order a logo or Brand Kit for your store and approve the designs

Our team can design your store's logo and branding for you. There are two packages, both paid once and never added to your monthly bill:

• Logo Basic — a logo for dark and light backgrounds, plus a favicon and app icon.
• Brand Kit — everything in Logo Basic, plus stacked and one-colour versions of the logo, a website header logo, social profile and cover images, a Telegram / Discord bot avatar and one storefront banner.

You approve every step, and each step comes with a number of free replacements (shown on the package).

1Step 1 of 6Order a package

Open Storefront → Branding (or find Logo Basic and Brand Kit under Modules) and click Order on the package you want. Pay with your platform wallet or one of the offered payment methods. Once the payment is confirmed, the order opens on the Branding page and we leave you a short message in your chat. You can order again later — every order is separate.

2Step 2 of 6Send your brief

On your order, fill in the brief:

• Store — which of your stores the branding is for.
• Brand name and, if you have one, a slogan.
• Style — pick one or more (for example Minimal, Sporty or Luxury).
• Colours you like and colours to avoid (as colour codes like #1a2b3c).
• What should it show? — an idea for the logo, for example a symbol or just the name.
• Examples you like: links, and pictures you upload (PNG, JPG or WebP).

Click Send brief. You can change it with Update brief until we send you the first designs.

3Step 3 of 6Pick a concept for each step

We work one step at a time: first the logo, then the favicon and app icon, and with the Brand Kit then the header logo, social images, bot avatar and banner. When the concepts of a step are ready we message you. Open the order and, under the concept you like, click Approve this one — the next step starts.

4Step 4 of 6Ask for a replacement

Not happy with any of them? Click Request a replacement, tell us what to change and send it. The step shows how many replacements you have used. When they are all used, the button becomes Talk to us: it opens your chat with us with the order and step already named, so we can sort it out together.

5Step 5 of 6Download your files

Everything you approved — plus the extra versions we deliver, such as the light and dark logo — is listed under Your files. Click Download next to each file. The files are yours to use anywhere.

6Step 6 of 6Put the logo on your store

Under Apply to my store, pick one of your stores and click Show the changes to see the before and after. Click Apply to my store to set the approved logo and favicon on that store — and the banner, when the store's theme shows a hero picture. Nothing else on your store changes. Changed your mind? Click Undo to put the earlier logo and favicon back.
