On the smaller plans, yes: the free plan is free until you have 25 paying customers, and Starter covers up to 250 paying customers. From Professional up there is no customer limit. The plans also differ by the number of connected panels, payment gateways, and included modules.

Yes — and we do the move for you, free of charge. Your clients, their subscriptions, stream logins, and renewal dates come over; the import never creates or cancels a line on your panel. From WHMCS, products and prices, customer details, credit balances, old invoices (as read-only history) and support tickets come over too. If you prefer to do it yourself, the WHMCS importer and the CSV importer are free for every store.

No. IPTVbp is a hosted SaaS platform — there is nothing to install or maintain. The setup wizard guides you through connecting your panel, creating products, and launching your store. Most vendors are fully operational within 30 minutes.
